complaint1 Best complaintSo the ongoing ruffle with the TATA Indicom service providers, i must say, have brought out the best of every one at home.

Stan, known for his quick and witty answers, was the last person to call up the customer care. When the executive said that he is raising a complaint for the problems that we are facing, no one saw this coming, he was quick to reply

“I don’t think i SHIT as many times a day, as i raise complaints”

This was like the best answer i had heard from him or from any of us in a long time. This had us ROTFL … icon biggrin Best complaint

Later he admitted, it was no use telling the executives, as the are not to be blamed. Blame it on the management and their organizational administration. May be Ratan Tata too.

    Stan/ Jerry, It would help if the actual nature of problem is posted along with your contact mail, so the people at Tata Indicom can help you, instead of saddling the poor call enter guy with profanities..I know for a fact that they are responsive, Best of Luck, Ferdinand Cantu

    Wat u suggested cud have been very useful, if it wasn’t TataIndicom. I dont think thers any point if we post the problem in this blog .Becoz if those guyzz sitting in tata indicom had read all the mails in their inbox, we wudn’t be sitting here in a cafe late @ nite after work…. Infact, I actually forgot to tell ma roomies one thing. I apologised to the call centre guy (it’s one RENIL if I’m rite) saying that I didnt have any grudge against him but I was venting my anger against the company as a whole. “So dude dont take any of the previously said words as personal but if thers a tiny bit of professionalism in you , take this complaint as a challenge and make a permanent solution to this “. Tats how I ended ma half hour conver. And to reply to ur statement “I know for a fact that they are responsive” , We don’t think so becoz the only call that we’ve got so far since the last complaint was raised, was from our landlord asking us to pay up the rent ASAP and not from any ‘T-indi’ guyzz.

    Ferdinand,
    It was i who used to call up the customer care and raised complaints. Now its just Stan, thats all.
    Any way we are going to the Consumer Protection Cell and going forward with it legally.
    As Stan has mentioned, we did apologize to that executive saying that it was just out of frustration and the feeling that we were cheated of our money. We clearly do understand their position too. Thats why this week we are also planning to their head office and meet their area manager.
