Although i agree the fact that 'harthals' are celebrated and 'beef' combos are awesome, someone who had been to kerala for just three days is not the one to comment on cleanliness nor the way people ride bikes. Tune into any national news channel, u will find worse top stories. Plz dont generalize facts about Kerala.
